How do I place an order?

Choose your items in the shop and follow the checkout steps. Available pickup options (days and times) and next steps are shown before you submit your order.

How much notice do you need?

If you are ordering just 1-2 items, 24-48 hours is usually enough notice. If you are ordering more than that, please give more than 48 hours notice.
Current availability and any required lead time are shown while you order. Your order confirmation will include the timing details you selected.

Where and when is pickup?

Available pickup choices appear during checkout. The confirmed location, date, and time will be included with your order details. Pickups are currently Sat/Sun from 1:30-5:00PM, and Mon-Fri 9:00AM-5:00PM.  Regardless of the day and time you select, the pickup address is always 1775 W. State St. Boise. It is "curbside" pickup (similar to "porch" pickup).

Do you offer delivery?

I do offer local delivery in Boise for an extra fee which starts at $7.00.
Any available delivery choices are shown during checkout for eligible items.
Please contact me for special arrangements, especially if you are ordering from out of town.

How can I pay?

Available credit card payment methods are shown before you complete checkout and are summarized in your order confirmation. Google Pay is also an option.

Question 6

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact details in your order confirmation to ask about a change or cancellation. What is possible may depend on the order status and timing. This is usually not a problem unless the product has already been made.
